bj’s foods will hold a tentative booking for a maximum of seven (7) days from the date of enquiry.
All prices are subject to change depending on availability and seasonal changes. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
The offer of services provided in this agreement can be accepted by the customer either in writing or by email.
Full payment is required within seven (7) days of the completion of the event. Upon confirmation of your event, credit card details must be supplied to bj’s foods, which will be held on file. The client agrees to the use of these credit card details for payment of any outstanding monies, only if the client fails to pay within the seven (7) day payment terms. An invoice will be sent after the completion of the event. We accept VISA and Mastercard. We do not accept AMEX or Diners cards.
bj’s foods can also provide a full hire service for all those particulars needed for your function. Upon request, bj’s foods will organize a quote for you. Any missing equipment, breakages and/ or damage to equipment supplied by bj’s foods, will be added to your invoice for payment after the event. bj’s foods does not accept any responsibility for outside equipment brought onto the premises. bj’s foods does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of any property belonging to the client or their guests before, during or after the event.
Cancellation of services made within 1 week of the date of the event shall be subject to a cancellation fee being charged. Cancellation of services within 24 hours of the planned booking or orders shall be subject to full payment of all monies owed as per the service providers quote. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Confirmation of Details
Menu selection must be confirmed no less than seven (7) days prior to any event. Adjusted numbers and dietary requirements are required by close of business no less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Late notice changes will be accommodated as best as possible. bj’s foods reserves the right to alter or substitute any food or beverage item as is required through unforeseen circumstances.
Public Holidays and Sunday’s
Events booked on public holidays or Sunday’s will incur an additional charge.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
In accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act, bj’s foods reserve the right to refuse alcohol services to minors under the age of 18 and/ or those supplying alcohol to minors, and to any person we deem to be intoxicated.
Staff costs have a minimum charge of 4 hours. Staff will be required to arrive on site 1 hour prior to the start of the event. This is to allow sufficient time for set up and familiarization. Quoted staff charge is an estimate and may vary from the final charge depending on menu selection, guest number, venue requirement and duration of the event.
The client is required to inform all relevant persons involved in the organizing of the event, whether colleagues or contractors, of bj’s foods terms and conditions.
According to food and health regulations, bj’s foods cannot transport rubbish in our vehicles and therefore are required to leave all rubbish on site. Staff will need to be informed of where to leave rubbish on site accordingly.
